Reservation Policy

• Pay in full amount when you book.
• Guests must be 18 years or older.
• Rates can change based on availability and season.
• GST applies to all purchases at stay sukoon
• Check your booking voucher to ensure that the date, rate, and room type match what you have booked.
• Private rooms accommodate only 2 people, extra bed is available.

Cancellation & Changes

• Cancel or modify for free up to 15 days before the standard check-in time.
  Standard check-in is at 12 PM time.
• No changes allowed after the cut-off date.
  Bookings made to any OTA partners like MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, etc., can be cancelled only via them only.
• We do not hold responsibility for payment issues made through ota platforms
• Refunds are processed immediately but might take upto 15 days to reach your bank.
• No-Shows are charged 100% of the reservation.
• No refunds for early departures.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 12 PM onwards . Early check-in is free but subject to availability.
• Early check-in availability can only be confirmed on the day of check-in. We cannot confirm early check-in in advance. Please inquire when you arrive at the property.
• PLEASE NOTE: Early Check-in available only after 11AM. For checking-in earlier, you have to book the previous night.
• Check-out: before 10AM. Late check-out is possible with charge and subject to availabilty
• Bring a valid ID: Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID or Passport.
• IDs with local addresses are not accepted
• Couple-friendly hostel, but both guests must be over 18.
• No non-resident guests beyond the reception.

Stay Policy

• Free Wi-Fi Additional data available for purchase.
• Observe "Silent hours" from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Smoking is allowed in designated smoking zones only. All rooms are non-smoking.
• Unlawful activities (eg. gambling, prostitution, illegal goods, drugs) are strictly prohibited.
• No eating in private rooms.
• Guests are responsible for their belongings. Hotel not responsible for lost.
• Heaters can be provided on demand only in private rooms.
• Guests are responsible for property damage and will be charged accordingly.
• Stay Sukoon reserves the right to admission.
